Adds a justfile with a recipe for linting using
ruffand a Github action for ensuring PRs have been linted properly.This also fixes an issue where
uv run entrypoint.pyandnpx @modelcontextprotocol/inspector uv run entrypoint.pywould fail due to the argument being passed to theserver.runfunction.
