- Enhances the bug reporting process by providing clear guidelines and a structured issue template.

Enhances the bug reporting process by providing a structured YAML template with clear guidelines and required information. Adds a bug reproduction guideline to improve bug reports quality. Adds stackblitz publish workflow to allow faster user contributions. Updates node version to 24.
