For the record: I won't make a new release for this change as I don't think said server has been actively queried for quite a while by user systems. Given it was 3rd in row, it would only have been queried for keys not found on the previous two - which should already have been unlikely - and would have probably failed in finding it there as well given its state of neglect. |

This PR removes the "pgp.mit.edu" as keyserver.
Related to this, there is already an issue in another Github Repository (saltstack/salt#63806), and as i understand this SKS is down shouldn't be used anymore.
