@callebtc the original build issues have been resolved. But BitChat Android now includes non-FOSS software (Google tracking facilities) and that is not allowed for Apps that want to be listed by F-Droid. |

@callebtc the inclusion of Apps that depend on libs.gms.location is not allowed for F-Droid: https://gitlab.com/fdroid/fdroiddata/-/merge_requests/24907#note_2704652160 So either this needs to be replaced or we have to give up. I also feel irritated that BitChat now sends GPS coordinates over the Internet (and also to Google). |
