can not get constants of recovery module through chain state query #1261
Description
We need to show the value of ConfigDepositBase and FriendDepositFactor of recovery in Polkawallet UI, so users know how much to deposit while creating a recovery.
The value of ConfigDepositBase was 5 KSM last week, but it is 0.8333 KSM now. It will be better if those values can be fetched through chain state query.
