Events in nick set_name are inverted #6988
Description
It seems that the events NameSet and NameChanged in https://github.com/paritytech/substrate/blob/master/frame/nicks/src/lib.rs#L151 are inverted. Because the else handles the case when this is the first time and a reservation is made ie. set.
This is my first issue so I don't know which flags to set. I will prepare a PR to fix this.
