Moves the renderpass related code into it's own
passes.pyfile, so it can easily be expanded for the remaining renderpass types.I tried to put most code into the share base class, but this might move a bit once I have the bufferpass PR.
Not really happy with how uniform data is shared between renderpasses
might need to update the docstring for the main class to explain that code/inputs to the main class are used for the
imagerenderpass
