Fixes:

• plot_model(model, plot = 'forecast') showing unexpected behavior sometimes #1741
• Also adds a check for NotImplementedError when fetching residuals for plotting and stats

• Residual plot was performing inplace resetting of fh. This has been fixed now.
• Also, non availability of residuals in an estimator is caught and an appropriate error is displayed.
