Description

@lucazav

I'm trying to install PyCaret on my Windows 10 machine. I created a brand new conda environment with Python 3.6. Then I run the command: pip install pycaret. I'm getting the following error:

error: Microsoft Visual C++ 14.0 or greater is required. Get it with "Microsoft C++ Build Tools": https://visualstudio.microsoft.com/visual-cpp-build-tools/

ERROR: Failed building wheel for bottleneck
Failed to build bottleneck
ERROR: Could not build wheels for bottleneck which use PEP 517 and cannot be installed directly

Any hint?
