What Happened?

I tried to use global search to look for keywords in any block from all pages, which is used to be working fine. But after updating to the new Version 0.10.10 (84), I can only get hits from Page title but not blocks.

Reproduce the Bug

1. I use the cmd+K or the magnifier from the top left panel to evoke the global search function
2. type in the keywords I want to search in all pages but they are not in the page title

Expected Behavior

The search panel should show me the hits from blocks from all pages

Please help me fix this problem because it is very inconvenient for me to search in my notes all.
