No, all AI providers on this win side cannot send requests. And with the system proxy on, the clash log does not capture any lobechat requests.
Turning off the system proxy can't send the request, and the error I'm extracting gemini is below. This is not a network error, but an error is returned immediately.

The debugLogger call was entirely removed from the error method. Previously, debugLogger was invoked for error messages in all environments.
