To run PSA Central, ensure that you have Django first (Downloading Instructions: https://realpython.com/django-setup/)
Please download the files. Once downloaded, open a new terminal in the downloaded folder. Ensure that you are in the 'Hackathon' folder before running the following command:
python manage.py runserver
The website should be hosted on http://127.0.0.1:8000/
