Temporal scaler uses deprecated code to recover the queue value #6690

Proposal
The function getCombinedBacklogCount uses VersionsInfo which has been deprecated in favor of VersioningInfo. This new property doesn't contain the value of the queue directly and we need to investigate how to continue recovering the length without using this deprecated value
