Tested on a topic branch: https://github.com/kata-containers/kata-containers/actions/runs/15465100389, but it's worth noting that as this impacts the release workflow, that is not testable really at the moment. |

workflows: Remove docker hub registry publishing
As docker hub has rate limiting issues, inside mirror
