The CI jobs seem stuck here, so closing and re-opening to try and kick it into life. |

As this is a workload only test the CI won't be triggered, therefore I think we'll need to use admin rights to merge this |

Looks great, thanks @stevenhorsman. I've been encountering this problem over and over recently, I thought this was some soft of network problem (I thought the apt update in previous step would persist).
Let's go ahead and fix it 👍
