Describe the Bug

The mobile webpage does not show the Lists setup. the top 5 buttons do not link to them, also if you go to landscape view the DIV seems missing. If I force the browser to load the Desktop view the List will be shown in side bar.

Tested on Android 15 with current Chrome Browser 131

Steps to Reproduce

1. load hoarder in mobile browser and mobile view
2. try to see lists
3. switch to landscape, no lists in side bar
4. switch mobile browser to load desktop view -> everything is there

Expected Behaviour

Lists should show in top bar and side bar in mobile view.
Due to space , maybe not show Archive or highlights?
On my phone there would be space for a 6 icon (Pixel 7 Pro)
