fix: rename --compact to --detailed-results in CLI #7937

Explanation

Rename --compact to --detailed-results since the default behavior is to not showing messages in the resulted tables. If the user wants to display the Message column, he needs to set --detailed-results in both CLI apply and test commands.

Per the issue description:

CLI apply and test commands have --compact flag which doesn't show the detailed results if it's set.
Since the flag's default value is set to true, there's no effect on adding --compact to the CLI commands as it always shows the compacted output.
