Steps to Reproduce

1. Configure LinkedIn announce with particular owner
2. Run jreleaserAnnounce
3. Open LinkedIn profile of the owner while not following the owner - the post does not appear.

Expected Behaviour

LinkedIn posts should be published with MemberNetworkVisibility set to PUBLIC by default.

Actual Behaviour

If not specified, the MemberNetworkVisibility is set to CONNECTIONS, therefore announcement posts are not visible publicly.
