Describe the bug

If a user in the Subscription list changes their Twitter handle, it will fail to load due to an error.

However, when opening the profile by searching for the new handle manually, the app will show the new profile as already subscribed. If possible, the Subscription list should indicate that the handle has been changed and/or auto-update it with the new one.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Subscribe to a user
2. User changes Twitter handle
3. Attempt to open profile under Subscriptions
4. See error
