Just wanted to first say THANK YOU for creating this plugin. This is a feature I've sorely wanted in Hugo for a long time!

However only when I enable this module, I hit a problem: panic: table hook renderer not found.

To reproduce:

1. git clone https://github.com/kaihendry/dabase.com.git
2. git checkout b5c8bf9a912107e9c96ca815a464fb5c03f950cd -- content/blog/2023/terraform-vs-cloudformation.md
3. hugo

The reason why I suspect the module is the cause is because if I remove the backlinks partial from layouts/_default/single.html & the backlinks parts from the config.yaml, the site builds fine!
