Removing more seemingly unused dependencies from the
integrations/module.@WithPluginisn't needed since all the plugins it was installing are already on the test classpath. Three of the removed dependencies have version numbers, so this should cut down on dependency PR noise.Also removed some unused vault test resources which appear to have been forgotten in #1338.
