Description of the bug

Jellyfin cannot recognize lyrics files with three decimal timestamps, lyrics will scroll in a weird order

Reproduction steps

1. Add music media library
2. Download sample songs and lyrics
3. Play
4. You will see that the lyrics are out of sync
