Environment

• System: macOS Big Sur v11.2.3
• Terminal: iTerm2 v3.4.4
• Zsh: zsh 5.8 (x86_64-apple-darwin20.0)

Reproduce

• Open iTerm2 terminal.
• Input content "foo bar baz".
• Enter replace mode by R from normal mode.
• Press any keys to replace any characters.

Result

• The display doesn't be refreshed (i.e. prompt and content), we will see the replaced character after we exit the replace mode

Expected behavior

• The display should be refreshed when any key is pressed.
