• Allow showing & hiding badge based on v-model

• Add bordered boolean prop to add white (update in dark) border around the badge

🧪 Experiments

• For DX improvements, try to allow a convenient way to render icon with badge because we generally use badge with icon. We don't have icon component so we might need to add icon prop to badge itself which is technically possible but not ideal logically. So, if someone have better idea on this point please comment.
