v0.14.0 is a breaking change, so will be getting several upgrades in, the most notable of which are Jest 25 and Node 10.

Planned but not achieved:
Some improvements in our Jest defaults (that may break past usage) will also be part of this release, most notably, Babel support out-of-the-box and hopefully with our Babel build plugins supported out-of-the-box as well.
Has been some confusion, reasonably so, about the build/test differences, so this brings some much needed build/test parity that, ending past confusion on this.
