ScrollMagic 3.0 on the horizon. Looking for Testers and Maintenance supporters (code and issues) #982

Hi guys,

I know it's been a while, since you heard from me.
To be honest I was kind of avoiding to even go to the issue tracker, because every new issue caused me physical pain, as I was simply unable to find the time to properly work through them all. The more piled up, the worse it got.
ScrollMagic always was dear to my heart and to this day is my biggest open source project. I always told myself one day I would make a new version. One with all the updates that happened in web development in these past years. I was gonna make it easier to use, more responsive, more type secure, more mobile friendly... I was gonna make it sooo much better.

But in the end I just kept procrastinating.

Well, aside from all the bad that happened through this pandemic year, there's also good: It gave me time. More time for my family, more time to think and most importantly: Time for ScrollMagic.
So I'm excited to announce, there's now a working Alpha version of ScrollMagic 3.0.

There's still a lot of work, before I dare release it, documentation, testing, demos etc.
I would also like to clean up the repo, close outdated issues, label the remaining, close unresolved pull requests.

And for this I need your help!

Reply here or drop me a line.
Don't worry if you're not a pro coder. If you are a nice person and willing to help, we'll find something useful.

Looking forward to hearing from you and even more to showing you some new magic.
best,
Jan
