Fix for #797 issue (dont implement CacheableSupportsMethodInterface when generating SF7 normalizers).
Proposed solution:
Original solution by @Korbeil (https://github.com/janephp/janephp/pull/798/files) applied also to "generate" method in NormalizerGenerator
