[Bug]: There are no metrics from jaeger_storage exporter #7197
Description
What happened?
When running jaeger-v2 I want to see metrics from the storage exporter, like counts of batches & spans, export latency, error counts.
Steps to reproduce
Run jaeger-v2, send some data, curl the metrics endpoint
Expected behavior
This comment #7157 (comment) shows existing metrics. They include metrics like otelcol_processor_***, but nothing for the exporter.
