Feature Request

Description

Like the way that rules can be enabled and disabled directly from the command line, the same thing should apply to extensions.

Desired Behavior of Feature

--enable-extensions command that accepts a comma-separated list of extensions to enable.

What Are the Benefits of This Feature?

Instead of having to do the long-hand of specifying the configuration, a short cut would benefit anyone who needs extensions, such as tables and front-matter.
