Hi there. I'm a new user, been testing this project to see if it's a good fit for a work project. Having a bit of trouble ignoring some Markdown files in my CLI scans.

I found the exclude option for pre-commit, but I'm looking for an option with the CLI. Even better if I could create a .pymarkdownlintignore-type file. What are my options here? Is there a way to specify Markdown files to exclude from the scan when running CLI command?
