When signed in with an user who doesn't have a mailbox or license assigned, we get the error "Something went wrong. We couldn’t find a mailbox for this recipient. Either they don’t have a mailbox or don’t have a licence assigned."

However there is no option to sign out or clear the cookies and sign in back with another account (At least I couldn't find any documentation). This is a major usability issue.
