If I open a new game, then press S to solve the puzzle, then press m to toggle marks, the numbers added by pressing S are removed. This is regardless of whether marks were enabled or disabled prior to pressing S.

Other actions work as expected after this occurs, like moving around, quitting the program, and starting a new game.
