Games like this can be generated, where there isn't just one solution.

In the image above, the only two numbers missing in both rows and columns are 1 and 4, and it doesn't matter where I put them.

I don't know if this is OK within the sudoku domain 😅 but I personally find that to be highly unsatisfactory at the end of a solve. Hopefully this can be fixed somehow. 🙏
