Description
Fix bug of multi-table rightOuter joining (issue #907). The solution is recomputing
joinColumnIndexesafter each iteration.BTW, I checked
fullOuterjoining as well and added some tests on it. It works well so far.Testing
Added 5 new tests and modified 1 incorrect test.
