This provides the changes since the main repos had their release-11 branch cut, moving the automation to [pull from the new branches.
I did make one other change in
test-infrato use the make target for updating the test reference each week. Thus the changes here should cause that job to always pull from the correct upstream branch.[ ] Configuration Infrastructure
