Resource networking message - weird grammar 

### Bug Description

Running the wildcard-egress istio.io tests I see a number messages like:
```
Resource networking.istio.io/v1alpha3/Gateway/default/istio-egressgateway-with-sni-proxy present on 12 out of 12 configurations for totally 4 sidecars
```
I don't know that `totally` makes sense in that sentence.
