References to dependencies progress regarding Python 3.10 support:

• Tensorflow: Add support for python 3.10 please. tensorflow/tensorflow#52324 (tf2.8-rc0 supports Python 3.10 except on Windows)
• Pytorch: Add Python-3.10 support pytorch/pytorch#66424
