• Add support for specifying key type in ipfs init
• Switch initialization to use ed25519 as the default instead of rsa

• Newly created IPFS nodes will use ed25519 keys by default
• Users can rotate their existing keys to ed25519

• perhaps have an option for switching peerID outputs everywhere to base36 - this can be deferred
