the composable routers should be powerfull enough to configure multi-dhts setups and we should drop the adhoc dht dual #10075
Description
Add config options allowing to implement the required DHT filters for LAN / WAN and or IPv6 / IPv4 DHTs through the composable routers interface.
We should also no longer use DHT dual (https://pkg.go.dev/github.com/libp2p/go-libp2p-kad-dht/dual) and express our DHT setups in configuration of composable routers instead.
