If registerTcbInfo fails:

• log Intel url queried
• log fsmpc queried
• log entire collatoral json

if registerQuotingEnclave fails,

• log entire QE collateral
• log RA quote (to see SGX status)

if registerDcapEnclave fails

• log RA quote (to see SGX status)

do similar for IAS too.
