pyspelling defaults to aspell, although it supports both 'aspell' and 'hunspell'. However 'hunspell' reports a lot more issues than 'aspell'. It will be hard to maintain both, so let's enforce 'aspell'. Also, the GitHub action uses 'aspell'.
