OBS socket fails to update scene list on scene collection change #127
Description
To reproduce:
- Connect the dashboard to OBS
- In OBS, switch to a different scene collection where some scenes have differing names
- Observe that the list of scenes to select from when choosing the gameplay and intermission scenes has not changed
- Rename any scene in OBS
- Observe that the prior list of scenes has now updated
