Summary
Currently, when starting Telegraf with old tracking metrics in the disk-buffer the metrics are skipped during send but they are not masked. As a consequence they will stay in the buffer. They are also skipped in the next cycle but they are never deleted and use precious disk-space.
This PR skips the metric as previously but additionally masks the metrics so they are deleted after the write operation completed.
