Replace deprecated options in `outputs.kinesis`

Replace the following options in the plugin and provide a migration

  outputs.kinesis/partitionkey             ERROR since 1.5.0 removal in 1.35.0 use 'partition.key' instead
  outputs.kinesis/use_random_partitionkey  ERROR since 1.5.0 removal in 1.35.0 use 'partition.method' instead
```
