Replace deprecated options in `inputs.http_listener_v2`

Replace the following options in the plugin and provide a migration

  inputs.http_listener_v2/path             ERROR since 1.20.0 removal in 1.35.0 use 'paths' instead
  inputs.http_listener_v2/port             ERROR since 1.32.0 removal in 1.35.0 use 'service_address' instead
```
