Replace deprecated options in `inputs.gnmi`

Replace the following options in the plugin and provide a migration

  inputs.gnmi/guess_path_tag               ERROR since 1.30.0 removal in 1.35.0 use 'path_guessing_strategy' instead
  inputs.gnmi/enable_tls                   ERROR since 1.27.0 removal in 1.35.0 use 'tls_enable' instead
```
