Description
IINA Version
1.3.5
Release Channel
Release
macOS Version
15.2
Steps to Reproduce
1. Play a video.
2. Switch to Full-Screen mode.
Expected Behavior
The transition to Full-Screen mode should occur smoothly without interruptions to video or audio playback.
Actual Behavior
Even on the most modern Macs (e.g., M3-based machines), entering Full-Screen mode during video playback results in dropped frames, video stutter, and audio interruptions. The issue appears related to the resource-intensive GUI transition animation for Full-Screen mode.
A possible solution: Is there an option (e.g., a flag or parameter) to disable the animation and enable a direct, seamless transition to Full-Screen mode?
