Steps to Reproduce

• Play any media in the IINA player.
• Go to the full screen by double-clicking the video or pressing the 'f' key.
• when moving the mouse around in full screen the media control does not appear like in normal window size.
• quitting the full screen, the media control doesn't show up again when moving the mouse/cursor around.

Expected Behavior

Whether the player is in the full screen or the default normal size, whenever the mouse/cursor is moved the media control should show up.

Actual Behavior

When we go to the full screen when a video is playing and move the mouse/cursor around the media control doesn't show up. and sometimes when exiting the full screen the media control doesn't come up when moving the mouse/cursor around.

• I tried my best to search from the existing issues (including closed issues) and didn't find duplicated issues.

Optional Actions

• I tested with the Nightly build and confirmed the issue is not fixed.
• I tested with the latest version of mpv and confirmed mpv doesn't have this issue.
