System and IINA version:

• macOS 13.6.3
• IINA 1.3.5

Expected behavior:
The Delete Current File menu item under the File menu is disabled when the operation is not applicable.

Actual behavior:
When streaming a video the Delete Current File menu item is active and can be clicked. IINA then displays an alert:

Steps to reproduce:
Start IINA and open the YouTube video Big Buck Bunny 60fps 4K. While streaming the video click on Delete Current File under the File menu.

• MPV does not have this problem.

How often does this happen?
Every time.
