Expected behavior:
The Playback menu functions properly.

Actual behavior:
Many items on the Playback menu are disabled:

Steps to reproduce:

• Start a copy of IINA built from develop
• The Welcome window appears
• Do not start playing a video
• Open the Playback menu
• Most of the menu items are disabled, as expected
• Start playing a video
• Open the Playback menu
• Most of the menu items are still disabled

From a quick investigation this does not reproduce when IINA is built from develop @ b9d8ca4. It is reproducible starting with commit c59d750.

• MPV does not have this problem.
